Services map of Victoria

Updated 22 July 2026

Fees, phone numbers and eligibility change. Always confirm details on the official website before you rely on them.

Overview

An interactive map of the offices new arrivals need most often: VicRoads customer service centres, Victoria Legal Aid offices, Services Australia (Centrelink and Medicare) centres, community legal centres, and our own venue. Use the list below the map if you prefer plain text, or if the map does not load. Opening hours and services offered differ between offices — check the official site before you travel.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Find the office type you need on the map or in the list below it.

  2. Step 2: Confirm the address, opening hours and whether you need an appointment on that organisation's official website.

  3. Step 3: Ask for an interpreter when you book — it is free for government services.

  4. Step 4: Take photo identification and any letters you have received to the appointment.

Eligibility & requirements

  • Anyone may visit these offices, but the service each one provides depends on your visa and circumstances.
